As a large enterprise owner of Symantec Endpoint Protection, we need the capability to push updated communication files and/or package updates to a large group of clients. The current build for Remote Pushes is not sufficient. When you import a txt file with 100 clients, you expect the SEPM server to be able to try a discovery of the first machine and then if not able to connect with the credentials given, it automatically moves onto the next client. The administrator should not have to hit ok (Login failed message), and then cancel out of the next screen so it will move to the next client. This should be easily build into the system to use the same credentials moving to the next client automatically with not administrator support. This saves on time for the administrator allowing the system to run the discovery all the way through the list without having the administrator sit there and baby sit a flawed design.
Can this enhancement be created to allow automation of discovery?
