Prior to the new quarantine manager interface when someone requested an email to be white-listed a copy of the email would be included in the release request. Now when the end user requests to white-list something they have to check a box to include the original email.
I would like a feature to include the attachment by default. Including the attchment with the release request greatly saved time for our IT group. Before we could just open the attachment and verify the email was legitamite. Now we have to log into our spam manager and find the email the end user released to verify it's legitimacy.
