Currently when exporting an incident report into a csv attachment, it does not include all fields from each incident. We request that this csv export functionality be updated to include all fields in the Policy Matches, Incident Details, Full Message Body. The csv export button can have a pop up that allows you to select which fields you want to export so everyone can tailor reports to include only the fields they need.
Justifiction:
Our Investigation Unit require additional functionality when exporting incidents into csv reports. For example, currently the default export to csv does not include the Message body for each incident and where applicable, the URL value (found under Incident Details).
As an example, the team would like the ability to view a report of 500 incidents belonging to a particular user. In this exported report the team want the Full Message Body, Policy Matches, All Incident Details (URl value is not exported currently) as additional columns. Clicking through individual incidents to analyze the message body in each incident is not a feasible option for them. Analysing this additional data is critical for large scale investigations but it time consuming via the console
