Block BCC recipient emails to control SPAM

Team,

In our organization users are getting SPAM emails in BCC ( Undisclosed - recipients) and Mail gateway can block BCC marked emails but there is no option in Mail gateway to block BCC recipient only and deliver email marked as TO and CC.

We required / expected a support from Symantec to block only BCC reciepient emails if marked, and rest To & CC recipient should receive that email.
